Shipping Policy:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location of the delivery address.

  • We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

  • International orders may be subject to additional fees such as customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

REFUND POLICY

At Soul Saver, we understand that customers may sometimes change their minds about a purchase or feel dissatisfied with a product. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide clarity and assurance. We want our customers to feel confident about their purchases, knowing that we have a straightforward refund or exchange process in place.
 

  1. Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unwashed medical T-shirts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the T-shirt must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for T-shirts. If you would like a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your T-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized T-shirts are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
