We offer 2 types of CPR Training
CPR AED: specifically focuses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of an automated external defibrillator. CPR involves chest compressions and rescue breaths to maintain blood flow and oxygen supply when someone's heart has stopped beating. AEDs are portable devices that can analyze the heart's rhythm and deliver an electric shock to restart the heart if necessary.
Who need this training: Teachers, coaches, and daycare workers and the general public in Jacksonville, Florida.
BLS: refers to a set of life-saving techniques that include CPR, rescue breathing, and basic airway management. It is designed to provide immediate care to someone experiencing a life-threatening emergency, such as cardiac arrest, choking, or respiratory distress.
Who need this training: Doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare providers. This is also recommended for First Responders (e.g. Emergency medical technicians (EMTs), firefighters, and law enforcement officers) based in Jacksonville, Florida.

CPR Instructor
Training in Jacksonville, Florida
CPR instructor will be consisted of 3 parts:
Online Portion: You can complete the online portion at your own pace and convenience before the class date. You can find the BLS Instuctor Essentials on AHA. MAke sure to choose ONLINE.
Actual Class: you will learn through hands-on, practical exercises and activities that will help you develop the necessary skills we aim to teach. We teach CPR Instructor class in Jacksonville, Florida.
Monitored Testing: After completing the online and in-person parts, you will come back to our facility to be evaluated and receive your instructor certification.
To take this course, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a current American Heart Association BLS Provider CPR card
Be proficient in basic life support skills.
